Open Practice
This practice time is used to further refine techniques and movements taught at previous practices.
Basics, Jumps, Forms

Sparring and Grappling
The Sparring and Grappling sessions teach punching, kicking, throwing/takedowns and submission grappling techniques based on several martial art styles including Jukido Jujitsu, Taekwondo, Karate, and Sanshou. The techniques taught are applicable to street and sport combat.
Conditioning
Exercises are designed to develop strength, power, and cardiovascular endurance. Workouts are based on the Crossfit program which is utilized by police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.
